I’ve always been drawn to the intersection of science, health, and helping people—and my own experiences with healthcare eventually led me to explore approaches beyond conventional medicine.
With a Master’s degree in Integrative Physiology and experience working in a clinical laboratory, I’ve seen healthcare from multiple perspectives. I understand the importance of science and attention to detail, while also appreciating the personalized approach that holistic practitioners bring to patient care.
But what I really love is figuring things out.
I’m naturally analytical and detail-oriented. I love finding patterns, untangling messy processes, and figuring out how things can work more efficiently. Give me a pile of information, a confusing process, or a problem without an obvious solution, and I genuinely enjoy turning it into something clearer and more manageable.
That’s what I bring to supporting practitioners.
You went into healthcare because you wanted to help people—not because you wanted to spend your evenings chasing claims, organizing systems, answering administrative emails, or trying to remember which process lives where.
My goal is to take some of that weight off your shoulders so you have more space for your patients, your business, and your life outside of work.
And if I don't know the answer? I'll find it. I’m comfortable researching, asking questions, and collaborating with the right people until we get to a solution.
In my free time you’ll usually find me practicing yoga, working out, spending time in nature, or playing my flute or violin. I think that combination of analytical thinking and creativity is a big part of what makes me who I am—and how I approach my work.
